If I could give this office zero stars I would. Lisa who works under Dr. Mammen is extremely unprofessional, rude, and tactless. My husband had a procedure scheduled with Dr. Mammen two months in advance and took time off work to have this done. Which is very difficult with his job. One month prior to his appt he called about paperwork for his procedure and was transferred to Lisa who was nothing but rude and unprofessional for no reason. My husband questioned her rudeness and said he would just rather call back and speak to someone else. Unbeknownst to my husband, after their phone call Lisa took it upon herself to cancel his procedure without my husband's knowledge OR consent. She also proceeded to lie in her phone log documentation to state that my husband requested to cancel his appointment. My husband then calls the day before his procedure to only find out what had happened. After going back and forth with their office, the issue was not resolved. They actually had Lisa (not an office manager or administrator) call my husband back about the issue. When she did, she had obviously been talked to about the situation and was immediately defensive and once AGAIN unprofessional and rude. She argued the entire time and defended her actions rather than trying to solve the issue. At that point we just made sure to get her name because we wanted to escalate to corporate. Well according to their staff there is no corporate. They wouldn't give us a contact. And according to Lisa you have to go through her to be rescheduled or worked in. Lisa did provide an HR contact but then proceeded to tell my husband good luck reaching her bc she would be out all week. AGAIN just rude from start to finish. Needless to say, we ended up getting scheduled at a different location with a different doctor. Unless you want a horrible customer service experience, I would avoid this office completely! Because after all of this, I wouldn't have even wanted my husband in their care if this how they treat you coming in the door!

On one visit, my husband waited for more than two hours beyond his appointment time. Today, they refused to see my son, who needs to be seen quickly for an urgent and possibly serious issue, because he was 15 minutes late.

I did not enjoy my visit. He would not explain my symptoms to me. We were communicating in English and he still requested a translator. Poor bedside manners.

Very professional, friendly and clear communication with focus on achieving result.

Dr Mammen was personal upfront with the procedure and did a good job.

Dr. Mammen has been my urologist for almost 1 year. He transferred to Urology Partners back in September. I cant say enough good about him, he takes time with me, makes sure I understand the results of tests, and makes sure all my questions are answered. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
