Tracy Cannon Smith Md's Online Review Report Card

Had an appointment with my grandmother. Her appointment was at 3:15pm. Finally at 4pm I went out to see if they forgot about us. She and another person came in asking where she went. They were talking about the wrong patient. It didn’t appear Dr. C-S had reviewed my grandmothers chart or anything before coming into the room. Now she needs another surgery to remove a stent and kidney stone. I hope she does her research before any surgery is done. I was not super impressed.

The building and courtyard are beautiful! Fountains and statues with a lot of benches and tables. Gorgeous facility

Very good Doctor

I have seen many doctors in my life but I can only say there are a handful that I would remember with pleasant thoughts dr. Cannon is one of the most thorough understanding compassionate people that I have dealt with she does not try to shove pills down your throat just because she can she talks to you about your reactions to medicine she talks to you about what you prefer I could never recommend her any higher than I do she is without a doubt one of the best most caring knowledgeable Physicians I've dealt with

After a totally flubbed surgery with FW Center for Pelvic Medicine, Dr. Cannon-Smith has been putting me back together. I cry tears of gratitude each time I've met with her. No more male doctors for me!!!! Dr. C-S and her female staff listen carefully, ask questions, and come up with plans for moving forward. Being seen and heard is a rare and wonderful thing. Being seen and heard by your health care team is essential. I could go on and on about the timeliness if the appointments. I have spent less time driving from the west side of FW to see Dr. C-S in Arlington than I spent waiting to see a hagard, impatient white guy in FW who assumed he knew what I was going to say before I said anything. Dr. Cannon-Smith is at the top of her field without sacrificing her values or integrity.

I was super nervous, my first time seeing an urologist specialist plus been with this symptoms for over 2 months and not knowing what to do or take. From the beginning checking in, room and checking out is all professional with great service. I thank you all and the Dr. Cannon-Smith for being friendly, explaining the process and making sure answered any questions I had. Truly recommend for anyone. God bless

Dr Cannon-Smith has a very caring manner, procedures are explained and questions answered, she doesn't rush you. I'm very thankful she is my Urologist.

Dr. Cannon-Smith was awesome. She went into great detail explaining the 3 issues of my surgery. She came very highly recommended from my long time gynecologist as well as another doctor I use. I am so grateful they made this recommendation as my primary care doctor had me headed in another direction. The nurses all spoke so highly of her before, during and after my care and assured me I was in the greatest of hands and they were absolutely correct. I loved that she was kind and cared about my wellbeing. Medical care met with such compassion and skill was certainly appreciated.
