Very disappointing experience. We called over six weeks ago specifically to schedule a vasectomy and were asked what day we wanted the procedure, so we selected September 4. We took time off work and had family take off work to help with childcare, particularly because I’m 8 months pregnant. After receiving no communication, we called the day before and were told someone would call us back. No one did. When we called again the morning of the appointment, we learned for the first time that it was only a consultation and the procedure had never actually been scheduled. When my husband tried to explain his frustration and asked Cassie/Kassie to understand his perspective, she cut him off, showed no empathy for the miscommunication, and canceled his appointment. No apology or attempt to resolve it. Requiring a consultation is completely reasonable. Failing to communicate that for six weeks and then treating a patient disrespectfully when they question it is not.

Was referred to Dr. Benson by a GP doc because of my PSA scores. Dr. Benson assured me that, at 85 years of age, I should not be worried about a PSA reading of 4.1 and, furthermore, PSA tests are not even administered at my age. He put my worries to rest.

My initial visit with Dr Benson was great. Thus far, his staff have been very nice and I look forward to Dr Benson helping me get thru post treatment.

First time to see Dr. Benson due to my kidney stone. He had a very good bedside manner, explained my situation clearly and was very patient with me. Also, their office is very clean and most important was, the lady who checked me in and the other lady who brought me to the room were extremely nice and very welcoming. UP is the best. All the employees in Mansfield are friendly, kind and fun. Dr. Benson is a great Urologist. Kind caring and smart. The attitude of all there is professional but friendly and welcoming. Dr. Collini designed and created an exceptional group practice and dynamic. Everything under the wide scope of urology is possible and an exceptional urology hospital. I’m so blessed to have their care.
