I made a sick patient appointment at the 2901 E Broad St, Mansfield Texas location today. My appointment was at 9:45a, I walked in at exactly that time. I was not greeted by Freddy at the receptionist desk. She just looked at me and said “yes”. I explained I had an appointment and gave my name. Freddy looked at the computer and asked me if I had been to that location before, I said no. After typing more I was asked what time was my appointment I said 9:45a. Then Freddy repeated “so you haven’t been to this location before”? I again said “no”. I then felt the need to explain what I felt was already in the system that I went online and made an appointment, then Freddy said “oh it’s a sick patient appointment”. I was asked for my insurance card and Freddy gave it back, then again said nothing. I was just standing there before she finally said “your checked in”. I went and sat down and was called back by a very nice nurse shortly after. After my visit I saw Freddy in the nurse area walking toward the front. I went through the exit door toward reception area I looked back and Freddy was standing and watching me. She never said anything to me. When I exited the reception area Freddy came out and sat down. So I wasn’t greeted when I walked in or acknowledged when I left. I have been to another Village Medical and never experienced this type of unprofessional rudeness.

Nurse Johnnie and Dr. Olubanjo are amazing. I’m always a nervous wreck about my interactions and treatment plan at any healthcare provider, but they really gave me the best experience and I finally found a provider I feel that I can trust and follow up with when needed.

As someone who normally avoids the doctor because of past traumatic experiences….Village Medical Mansfield was the truly the BEST doctor’s office experience I have ever had! The ENTIRE staff were professional, personable, and timely. The receptionist set the tone of the office and was friendly, helpful and patient. Doctor Tabble Memoli was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. Will definitely be returning and recommending to everyone I know!
