My husband was diagnosed with a pesky sinus infection that refused to go away after 3.5 days of treatment. We were heading out of town on vacation and Dr. Balbuena worked him into his already busy schedule that morning. Dr. Balbuena displayed excellent beside manner to my husband even with a full waiting room awaiting him. He was also able to send the prescription to our destination so we wouldn’t have to delay our trip any longer. Great customer service from start to finish and very thorough care.

Great doctor, I took my grandmother here to get her ears checked. She was on Medicare and they never treated her like a 2nd class patient (like some offices do) Everyone was courteous and helpful. I highly recommend this office.

He told my grandma that she had an appointment for here and we got there on time and waited an hour but the door was locked and nobody there

He's really good at what he does. The woman dr is also really good. He put a tube in my ear and talked me through the process. My ear is better than ever now. Sometimes the waiting is tough though. All listen and care.

I do not recommend anyone to see him. He laughed at me thinking that I made up about my horrible headache and sinus pain. He touched my tongue without gloves. His office decided to refuse to speak to me or let me know the result after he promised me they'll call me to let me know with all answers. Also, he promised that he WILL refer me to see special doctor but he NEVER did. Thumbs down!
