My grandmother spent the last almost year of her life in this facility. She started her stay during the COVID lockdown and was made to quarantine for 2 weeks in her room. She was unable to walk unassisted and arthritis so bad she had almost no use of her hands so if she needed to go to the bathroom she would have to wait to be taken, wait to be cleaned, and then straight back into bed. Sometimes the wait would be 30 minutes. They also do not keep track of residents clothing, literally putting my grandmother into strangers clothes. She also had countless items stolen from her that were never recovered or even looked into.If you care about your loved ones at all do NOT put them in this place.

This is the worst place in the world!!! I would Not take a animal there!! The administrator is very unprofessional ( Wanetta)!!! She is extremely rude to the patients, staff, and visitors!! She stole my dad stemiulas check!! She claimed she sent it back, but did not!! I encourage you to check on your loved ones!! The best thing you can do for your loved one is to move them!! #NOTAGOODPLACE

My brother and I were very pleased with the care and dignity our mother, Jimmie Stafford received while she was a resident .She had fallen and broke her upper thigh bone and had to have surgery and when released from the hospital she was there for her rehab. She remained there after rehab in nursing care of Willow Oaks. They were a clean and caring staff who kept their residents the same. They had birthday parties, holiday parties with all the decorations too. They also made sure they had activities as a group and or individuals. I would recommend this facility to anyone who ask me for one. Thank you to all the Staff and Administrators.

My husband received the worse care ever. The administrator even had him removed without letting me know.

I think they could treat their employees better..They think you should come to work sick throwing up..i will never work for them again.
