List of Carlos Morales's Reviews
Morales has already started insulting me, calling me "clumsy" for falling down while jogging and breaking my left arm (several years ago). Also an echocardiogram aide was really rude one morning. I got to the office at 10:30 for a procedure, and the guy scolded me, gave me a hard time, about how I was supposed to be there at 9:30. I showed him their own paperwork where they wrote down 10:30, but he just kept it up and didn't even apologize.
Horrible doctor and very rude. His entire demeanor is rough, he wants you in and out fast. He did not take into consideration my inconsistent episodes of irregular heartbeats and only gave me a day monitor. When the monitor didn't catch my arrhythmia he told me nothing is wrong, and when I brought up the fact it wasn't a daily occurrence he scoffed and said, "You have nothing. What? You want me to write down you do so you can fake it?" Very demeaning and I highly recommend going somewhere else
Great Dr and excellent staff and service
This Dr.has very bad bedside manners, NEVER WILL GO TO HIM AGAIN. I HAD A HARD TIME EVEN GIVING HIM A 1 STAR. WILL NOT EVEN SPEND MY TIME EXPLAINING ON WHAT HAPPENED ON MY MOMS INITIAL APPT.
The doctor was okay. His staff were awful! Three different appointments I had and each time the same!! More than one hour wait two times and a two hour wait the first time. The staff are extremely rude. Not sure why they have appointments? The worst part is the appointment with the dr is only 2-5 min!!
Completely unsatisfied with the experience I had with him. He didn't take any time at all to check me out, just recommended a stress test and said the results were fine. But I still have high blood pressure and I can't figure out why. I would never recommend anybody to see this doctor.
Very rude and unprofessiona dr. No manners!
professional and efficient service. non invasive solutions to cardio issues.
Dr. Morales was very cooperative in working to make my treatment at home possible for a fib. INR testing. This saved me weekly trips to the lab for blood draws. His nurse was always pleasant to deal with and I appreciate their hard work and dedication.
I agree with other reviewer on bed side manners. This guy was very very rude to me. Saying if I keep going to a barber shop I am going to get a hair cut. Talked down to me and embarrassed me in front of the nurse. He made me feel like I should of known it was not my heart causing my problems. Would not discharge me saying it is not a cardiac problem and to call my primary if I wanted out. Although ekg showed heart palpitations and that was the reason they kept me. He made me feel like my symptoms were not real and it was an inconvenience for him having to come see me in the hospital. After he left the nurse came back into my room and said boy he sure was rude to you. I need a doctor that is going to work with me not against me. I hired him now I am going to fire him. I will not recommend this doctor and I will turn him in to the Veterans Admin. for his behavior as he has agreed to accept Vet. with vouchers to get help with our problems. If your a vet stay away from this guy.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
