Carlos Puig's Online Review Report Card

Horrible experience every time. The wait is ridiculous and staff I’m not considerate of your time or friendly. The environment is not professional. Dr. Puig himself is an awesome doctor but I have yet to see him since the first visit I have had. I am due in 3 months and still haven’t seen him since I found out I was pregnant. Right now I have been waiting 40 minutes since my actual appointment time. I don’t know why, I am only here for a simple glucose test (not to be seen by the dr.). They informed me to sit and wait for the “forms” I have to “check off” by email which they have notified me might never come in or don’t know when I will receive them since the wifi in the area is not working. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! It is ridiculous!!!

Been waiting to see doctor in both waiting areas being pregnant and sitting for 1hr is tough haven’t seen doctor yet still here in waiting area to be seen 😒

Dr.Puig Is Amazing He Delivered My First Baby, However The Wait Is Outrageously Long & As A Pregnant Person You Get Hungry & Thirsty ! Also Im Recently Pregnant And After Waiting 2 Hrs They Tell Me They Cant Attend Me Due To My Medicad, I Tried Telling The Lady In The Front That My Pregnancy Medicaid Was In Process & She Got Upset& Frustrated & Called In Another Woman To Explain & Hear Me Out, Im Sorry But With This Pregnancy Being In This Clinic I Have Cried So Much Due To Frustration & Lack Of There Communication… I Loved Dr.Puig In My First Pregnacy But I Will Not Be Going Back Ever Again. 💔

Dr. Carlos Puig and his staff are awesome. He has excellent bedside manners and always strives to form a good patient-physician relationship. He delivered my first child and I had a great experience throughout the pregnancy and delivery. Then of course, I returned to his clinic for my 2nd and 3rd pregnancy. Know that there is waiting involved, his clinic is always busy with new moms to-be but from my experience and of other close friends, he is worth the wait. I highly recommend Dr.Carlos puig.

Dr. Puig it excellent but the staff it’s horrible horrible you get there and they don’t even treat you the same as other patients they have favoritism…. I wish she gets fired the receptionist from the front. She has blonde hair, curly blonde hair.!!!!!

As others have experienced there was an hour wait before being taken to the second waiting area. After my vitals were taken I waited an hour in the second waiting area. Once sent to a room I waited over 30 minutes. I don’t know who it was who performed the brief annual exam because she did not introduce herself. She did not ask me ANY questions and I was a new patient. In the second waiting area the staff does not come to the seating area to call patients to go to a room but rather stand in a hallway around the corner saying a patient’s name. After the exam I was told I had to return for test results in three weeks. All other doctors offices in other areas of the country that I have been to call you with test results. I’m not going back to sit and wait for another few hours to be given test results that can be shared by phone and do not plan to return again. I was told “Our office does not do that.” I guess they get more $ if you have to come back in to get results in person? Very cold and unfriendly office and provider.

I am 4 months postpartum i went in to get blood work done because I was not feeling well, I'm trying to get a telemed to get my results because I don't have a car or a ride and the nurse's won't even ask are supper rude. Never going back to them.
