Called the office and they are so unprofessional i said Good morning and they didnt even answerr back. If they dint like to wotk they shouldnt be in an office where they have to communicate with people. If it werent for the people they wount have a job. Dr. Ramirez is great but unfortunately his receiving clerks are extremely rude and unprofessional. Not only did she raise her voice at me but she spoke to the doctor in such a condescending manner. Absolutely disgusting. The reviews speak for themselves and I can't even begin to imagine why Dr. Ramirez feels such characters are of an asset to his office. All three clerks are rude. Being around them is toxic and poisoning every single time. I can't imagine waking up every day and hating my job because that's exactly what they display. They're miserable.

I have been going to this eye doctor for years and their customer service has become progressively worse. The staff is always rude and seems to hate their job. This last year I have had several encounters with a staffer that shows incredible disrespect, one even yelled at me over the phone when I asked for her name. The doctor is kind, but the staff needs to be replaced. Be warned.

Front desk staff was exceptionally polite and squeezed me in last minute, right before close too. Doctor worked quickly and visit was overall pleasant, I will return.
