Now this is definitely not on the doctor but rather the staff answering the phones specifically a woman named Gracie. Of course the first question to always come up when searching for a new doc is “ what insurance do you have”? She continues to say “let me look up your coverage (which I have through my employer btw) and I’ll call you back”. She never did. These people don’t understand that they’re the first ones we talk to and can create a huge bad first impression for the doctor. Luckily I found another quickly but thought I’d share my thoughts on this woman who clearly isn’t doing her job.

Being a doctor, you swear an oath to treat the sick. I respect that to no ends. I also respect that you educated the population on the costs of medical care for the indigent.

I saw you tonight on Fox News. I appreciate your caring but I dont understand why you are helping illegal aliens. The more you do the more you encourage them coming here illegally. I'm a social worker. I encourage people not to have children unless they can afford to raise and educate them. At the very least please report the situation to ICE and advise them to hold off having children until they can support them. If this continues I don't think our country will survive!
