Desmond Adamu's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Adamu is excellent staff NOOOOOO until today I haven’t receive the call for my appointment. Sadly I will go look for another urologist.

The doctor himself is amazing and very knowledgeable! But his staff are not. I have called the clinic due to a pending order needed in order to register for a procedure in the hospital I have been calling for that order and they have not been able to tell me if they have it or not. Receptionists at the back office are leaving notes and saying they will call me back asap but they have not. It is disappointing to me of how much a great doctor but staff is unprepared.

Doctor him self is the best! But the staff needs to learn how to treat patients. Need to learn how to charge the patients and the insurance. My procedure was done 3 months ago they over charged me I found out because of my insurance. My insurance called them to let them know of the situation which that was back in August they said it will be resolved with days. I called the day they told my insurance it will be ready. they said they will call me when my check was ready. I would call every other day and would always get the same response “we’re working on it.” I kept calling and guess what they stop answering my calls. Mind you on 10/7/21 I had my follow up appointment. The ladies at the front kept saying oh my manager will call you once the check is ready, but till this day 10/28/21 I have not received a return call. I called this morning and guess what no answer left a voicemail and guess what I’m still waiting for a return call. I really need my money!

He is just awesome Dr. He listens to your medical concerns . Keeps up to date with my condition.

Dr. Adamu es excelente médico una persona que se tomó el tiempo para explicarme el procedimiento que me hizo hace 3 años y lo recomiendo.Ahora lo ando buscando para que me siga atendiendo si alguien sabe dónde localizarlo agradecería me lo informaran que dónde atendía no me dieron información

Dr. Adamu is an amazing Dr. who takes the time to answer all questions you may have. I thank him for doing everything he could to help my wife. I will always recommend Dr. Adamu to anyone who needs the help.

Had a vasectomy in November 2020. He seemed to be either in a rush or trying to break a record of some sort. Procedure took 16minues. Balls swelled up to the size of a baseball. Very uncomfortable for 2 weeks. Still have some tenderness and pain in the area almost 5months later. Had to reschedule first follow up due to having to wait 3hrs in the waiting area to be seen(have to go to work). Staff called me 3 times and rescheduled 3 times!! pushing my app back to February then april and now may. Done playing these games!! Would not recommend!!

ALL I CAN SAY IS DR DEMOND ADAMU MAY GOD BLESS YOU SIR YOU ARE VERY HUMBLE AN KIND I FEEL GREAT JUST KNOWING THAT YOU ARE MY DOCTOR

Dr. Adamu was a life saver. I finally got the one on one care for my testosterone issues that I needed. He correctly diagnosed me and educated me in my hormones. I found out some of the other doctors I was seeing were messing me up bad. The staff is courteous and friendly, you just have to understand it's the Valley and all the doctor's offices are overwhelmed.As a cancer survivor, Dr. Adamu's knowledge and skill set far surpass many of the other doctor's who have attended to my health needs.
