Today I went in and was told I could no longer get my testosterone for at home application, I’ve always done it this way. Instead I am required to get my meds from the pharmacy, bring them in to the office, and have the office staff administer my weekly dose. Not only is this a huge inconvenience, but, it is also adding a weekly visit that would otherwise not be needed adding an additional $125.00 out of pocket expense monthly(senseless greed in my opinion). In addition to that, I was told I’d be given a doctors excuse for the next three days. That document wasn’t given. I noticed in my car and when I turned around to go get it, I found the door locked, and the answering service activated, stating the office was closed, but nowhere is this closure advertised on the door or web. While I understand the need for lunch breaks, it’s unreasonable for that to not be on the door, or web listing. I wasted a good ten minutes, making calls and knocking trying to figure out what happened

He runs the clinic mostly with a PA. He is not there most of the week as I have been informed. The front desk does not tell you that until you go to the clinic. Very unethical and very unprofessional. They wasted my time and money.The PA is a nice lady though. But, they should tell you all the facts upfront. I Will never go back to this clinic.

Amazing Doctor. He was patient and very trustworthy. Informative and respectful too. Most doctors my family visit are rude and careless, but not Candanosa. He’s the best out there!

Best Doctor I’ve consulted through out my life.. only one that that has given me the exact medication to relief a some pain for my fibromyalgia. Something that no doctors had found. 👍👍👍👍👍

Dr Candanoza is a great doctor explaining the care and treatment plan thoroughly. The only problem with his office is that he and his staff forget to to call new prescriptions or refills to the pharmacy and 10 days later I have to call the office repeatedly to remind them I need my medications.
