Doctors are great, staff needs customer service training. They always make a patient feel like they are a bother.

I cannot describe how unpleased I am with the office. Dr Canales is a good doctor but I am sad to say the office staff is what is going to have me look for another doctor. If you have to have a referral done it does no good to have a great doctor if the office staff can't complete a proper referral. It's been 4 weeks and I am still waiting for a call back from Tina. If you read the other reviews you will see her name pop up again. Now after 4 follow ups they finally say that I can pick up the referral paperwork. Why wasn't this mentioned earlier on the 2nd or 3rd follow. Now I have to take time off work to do the referral myself as well as time off when the appointment is done. Not sure if they know their patients work and taking time off has to be approved. When your health is I'm question it makes it stressful not knowing what's happening and just waiting around for 4 weeks while nothing gets done. I am sure if it was thier health they would not wait.Update 10 /11 referall.stil not submitted. I have come to the office to take.the referral request myself as it has been 5 week and surprise surprise been waiting for 15 minutes to just pick up paperwork. And now Tina finally decides to.call the other office to verify the email...maybe you could have done that 3 weeks sooner instead of waiting for me to make an unnecessary trip to the office. So unprofessional.

Staff was very polite. The Dr came in and listened to me and was very understanding of my situation. I’m an amputee and recently relocated to the area. So it’s a challenge to find the right relationship. I think we made a connection.

El dr tiene que formar unos documentos sobre la evaluación de terapia de habla de mi hijo de 4 años y lleva días sin haberlo hecho, estoy llamando para saber si hace falta algo y me dejan colgada en la línea más de 30 min. Es necesario que se firmen , así el niño no pierde el ritmo con su terapeuta llevo 2 días intentando y nada.

Terrible service. Dont waste your time here. They dont get things done.

Their expertise is worth the wait, I usually wait 45 mins to get seen but they have been able to successfully diagnose my health issues & treat it after I spent over a year asking other drs for help but always being told nothing was wrong. Their staff is so polite & their Dr’s are so attentive, I recommend anyone to come here!

I have been trying for a whole week to get an ultrasound referral for my husband. I’ve called 3 times through out the week and I’ve always been put on hold for 15 minutes. When I finally speak with Tina, the lady in charge of the referrals, she tells me she has no paperwork on file. Then she basically said because my husband works at the hospital he can go and get his own appointment. I’m sorry, but it is her job to get us that appointment, not ours. They have horrible customer service over the phone.

2 hours in the waiting room, People that paid cash got seen 1st.. well just got fired for waiting here.. just to remove staples

I’ve been going to this doctor since birth. I’ve never really had any issues until recently. This new doctor David Gutierrez shows no care for the patients. I was in a car accident recently and didn’t go to the ER because I wasn’t injured to the point that I needed to go. Even the police officer said I’d be ok just soreness and I had 72 hrs to seek medical attention. It’s been a day since my accident. I have been sore and I went to the doctor to see if he could prescribe me pain medication that was a bit stronger than over the counter. Before he even walked in the room, he’s talking to the nurses about my reason for being there. Joking and mocking me for being there. Saying he wasn’t gonna see me because I didn’t go to the emergency room. He walks in the room with his fake smile asking how I’m doing with no eye contact and pretty much ready to dismiss me. He brings up my accident and I tell him I’m there because I have back and neck pain and just require a stronger pain reliever. He told me to continue the pain medication I am originally taking and prescribed me a muscle relaxer. It was 5 minutes and I waited over an hour. My insurance and copay went to me sitting in a waiting room to see a “doctor” for 5 minutes. I'm offended and disappointed in this visit. I didn’t bother to make my complaint because I was upset that I didn’t want to cause a scene. I’ll be searching for a new clinic.
