The worst clinic I’ve called!!! too busy to answer your calls, short staffed, repeatedly hang up on you. Never call you back. Never ending cycle. I wish I had went with another bariatric clinic.

The nurse for dr garza has not even called in to get my cat scan scheduled I have a hernia pushing against my intestines and she has not even called or submitted paperwork to the insurance this was more than 2 weeks ago. Very unprofessional when I spoke to her she said she has not had time to do it. WOW! Wish I had a job where I can slack on like this. Get it done!Update: just visited the doc and I gotta say staff was pretty darn good this time around very professional and made me feel great.

This one star review is not for the doctor but for his staff. I don't understand how the responses they give " I havent gotten around to it" or " that's all we got" are ok. I understand that this clinic can be busy but atleast show the patients some sort of empathy not some sad explanation of why they treat the patients in an unprofessional manner. Every patient that walks into that office is going through some sort of pain and the last thing they want is to be treated unwanted because the staff just doesnt want to work.

The doctor was very impersonal. He called me by a different name and didn't even give me an opportunity to correct him because he was talking so fast. He right away recommended surgery without examining me. Plus, I felt very rushed as he didn't even took a sit. I'm sorry but I will not be going back to see this doctor.

It does take while to go into a room and get seen by him, but after my first visit with him, it was worth it. I am in the process of Bariatric Surgery and when I started the process I was very skeptical. I wasn't sure if I was doing it for the right reasons, let alone, if it was safe. Yet, when he went into the room and spoke with me, he made me feel important. He was able to answer all the questions I had and went into details about everything I had questions in. The time he spent in the room, also made me understand why it take awhile for him to see you. In the end, I knew I was doing the right thing and felt safe making the decision. The staff was very nice as well and helped me as much as they could. Over all I would recommend anyone to Dr. Garza.
