Ayer fui a ver el doctor en la tarde y fue muy grosero con mi abuela, no tiene modales! Los muchachos de enfrento igual eran muy irrespetuosos y groseros no la quisieron ayudar. Les dijo varias veces que no hablaba Ingles y cuando les pregunto si le podia ayudar llenar toda su información le dijo que no y que tratara de hacer todo en el ipad sola! Demasiado mal servicio al cliente!

Sometime waaay back, around 2002, when I was much younger. I had visited this clinic when it was on Pecan Blvd. McAllen. Dr. Quach fixed my painful ingrown right toe nail. Then present day 2024, They have since moved to Jackson and Nolana from Pecan. I went back to their new location to see him for upper foot pain. Great experience!!! I’m going to continue to visit this clinic for foot problems.

Malisimo doctor super grosero y no tolera los niños mi hijo se sentó en la silla y le dijo baja los pies que esa silla me costó cara y después callaba a mi hijo que era el paciente cuando el hiba hacer una pregunta y eso que el era el paciente y cuando vas a la siguiente consulta solo te atienden las asistentes, el es como chino y no puedes comunicarte bien con el. Y quise poner una queja y la señorita me dijo que el es el dueño y que si que ellas ya saben que es grosero y no nada más con los pacientes también con el personal. Pobre muchacha volteaba a ver que no la escuchara su jefe. No vayan. Si pudiera le pondría cero y las plantillas que me dio no las revisaron a ver si quedaban bien a mi hijo solo te las entregan y ya te vas así que yo se las medí y lo estuve viendo y sigue su problema en el pie no lo solucionaron así que solo perdimos tiempo ahí ya que las esperas son largas y tendré que ir con otro doctor porque no sirvio.

My arriving this morning to my leaving was very pleasant. A young man mannerly greeted me at the door, and thereby told me someone would be with me shortly. Although I did not have an appointment, (that to which I implicated to one of the staff), I was told they would assist me shortly. I had no idea that Mrs Quach was the one who had assisted me in getting my problem resolved until I received and email later. Mrs Quach was very helpful in getting me set up for the new apppatient program recently launched. I truly had a problem getting in, however she pressed forward until it was resolved. While she was assisting me I took notice of the beautiful blue blouse she was wearing and complimented her on it. Thank you for your service. I am grateful. I had no idea you were the doctors wife. That really impressed me not knowing with your taking the time you did to help. Your establishment gets an A+ on service. Respectfully, Deborah Young

Staff was fine, main doctor was rude. If you don't want people adjusting the chair, then have your staff say something or have a sign up.

I just had this done a few days ago. I'm pleased so far. I never want to have another ingrown toenail. The Dr and nurse were very pleasant.
