Hi! I want to share my experience at Fuentes Eye Center, I made an appointment a week ago for my 7 year old daughter, I went there today, and Dr Fuentes told me she is not accepting new patients! I told her that she had already accepted my daughter knowing she was a new patient, and she just told me they changed their policy. I was very mad because She didn’t call me to cancel the appointment. She told me that when I was already there! That is a complete lack of professionalism! So I went to another place, and everything was perfect! I’m actually glad this happened because I can’t imagine how she was going to treat my daughter and if her eye exam was going to be right! Dr Fuentes is not accepting new patients for now, but when she does, please don’t go there!

Dr Fuentes is the most amazing eye doctor I’ve ever had!!!! I’ve had about 2 eye doctors before her and they were the worst!! So when I came across Dr Fuentes I’ll never go anywhere else. She actually takes her time to answer all questions, concerns and genuinely cares for her patients. I never have to wait and I wish I would have come to her a long time ago. I would have avoided many issues had I known what a good doctor is about. The glasses are also a good selection and I’ve been coming here for years.

Love Dr Fuentes. She's attentive & trustworthy. I've never had an issue & My appts are always around 30 minutes. When I make an appt im seen with 1-2 days. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an eye Dr they can trust.

My husband just called this location a few minutes ago because he is having an emergency eye issue. When he asked if they excepted our insurance this woman rudely replied that we were bothering her during her lunch hour and to call back after lunch. I understand you are at lunch but their is no need to be rude, just don't answer the phone while at lunch! We will not be giving our business to this place after they acted in such a rude manner.

Had apptment for my wife and myself, arrived at the business and there was a note on the door saying they would be back at 115 PM. Our appt was at 2pm. We waited until 205PM and left. They never called us to explain or reschedule at all. Very unprofessional.
