Took them a whole month to find me a part time provider and finally sent me an older lady that they should have know would have been unable to help care for my autistic child. I had to change to a different agency. .

the insurance lady was extremely knowledgeable , helpful and very kind .she went over and beyond to help me and my elderly mother. I will definitely refer others about this home health service. Assuming they get the same insurance lady as we did.
