The Dr is amazing but be prepared for super long waits. I've waited 4.5 hrs on multiple occasions. Atleast give me a eta and I'll come back when it's my turn! The wait is only reason I give less than 5 stars.

I called several times, I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes, then they hung up. I tried calling again the next day and again I was placed on hold for 15 minutes and they hung up. I was trying to schedule a new patient appointment. I decided to seek elsewhere.

I only gave them a 1 star because I had to choose something. I was there for 2-1/2 hrs without being seen at all. I lost out on half day of work and walked out because it was apparent that the dr does not care about the patients time. That is a disrespect! I walked to front desk and receptionist was on a personal call, when she finally got off about 5 minutes later, I told her to cancel appointment and how I had been there for 2-1/2 hrs and she just shrugged and cancelled it. They don’t care for their patients at all or if people walk out.

I like Dr Daley, and the nurses but that receptionist Cynthia, she is a piece of work, treats you rudely, is snotty, was too busy chatting on the phone to help me check in right away I had to wait 1-2 mins before she Finally checked me in. She NEVER wears a mask But I HAVE to!? Then rudely asks me "do you have an appt?" Well duh what do you think I'm doing here? Dr Daley really needs to reevaluate her receptionist. The 2nd time I was here Cynthia tried to double charge me, thank goodness I brought my PAID bill with me to show proof, she was hateful about that too that I had paid already. Again Dr Daley is fine but dang the front help NEEDS work. As I sit here typing this review, I hear Cynthia behind me chatting on the phone,that is INSANE!!!

ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!!!! Dr. Daley is not considerate of your time. The whole pregnancy I was seeing her PA/Step Doc? idk. I was told one thing by the PA the whole time and then she comes in telling me another. The lack of communication……. The lack of caring……The discrepancies in the paperworks.🙁

The wait is ridiculous, ( i have been waiting here for about 2 hours and still haven't been called in) it seems like nobody knows what is going on, the insurance was not verified before my appointment either. The doctor and nurse practitioner are nice, but the office does not run well.

The only OBGYN Dr, so expect to wait 3hrs before been called. It's a consistent thing. Dr over schedules and loses track if time.
