I had my appointment card for 930 a.m. got there at 920 waited until the afternoon then was told by receptionist that they had my appointment for 1045 anyways when I finally got in to see the doctor I told him that I was upset n he made me get more upset at the situation because he just said he was a employee there n there was nothing he could if I needed to file a complaint I had never had this happen to me there needless to say that my whole day was spent there with bo breakfast or lunch I didn't end up getting out till 4 pm.

Dr. Almeida is a caring personable doctor who spends time explaining situational and procedural matters. Though fact and science based in his explanations, he understands the human connection. It is refreshing to work with him as my Cardiac Electrophysiologist.
