This company, and its employees, are abrasive, rude and lack basic customer service training. They make no effort to accommodate YOUR schedule, but rather dictate dates and times you MUST appear to receive services. THEN, to top it off, they don't show up at the time THEY dictate you are to be available! They have had an order to supply a cpap machine to me for OVER a month and have yet to provide one. They have made TWO appointments with me, and failed to provide service at the date and time dictated by THEIR representative. Simply HORRIBLE!

We were never informed that my mother's insurance was not paying until I called to get my mother's portable o2 machine checked since it was messing up. I asked them why they didn't call us to inform us and was told they received a payment from my parents. Mind you at which time they should have sent the technician to fix machine but they did not. However the company was fast of cashing the check. Very disappointment in this company. I will never recommend this company.

It’s a constant battle for care. Each nurse is different and care is not consistent. The first nurse sent my dad back to the hospital. The last nurse refused to change my dads wound vac dressing despite our concerns. “Why am I going to change it if it’s working?” A service shouldn’t not require an additional advocate for the patient to be heard. I should not have to fight to have my dad taken care of.

I am still happy with here. I have no problems with any area in this place of business. People are great in their job & too me. .... I have used for years now, I am happy with all areas. Well it had been really about 2 years but is now.

This is the worst home health agency that I have dealt with. Office staff is rude, unethical, unprofessional and lack customer service skills. They don't accommodate their patients in order to help their recovery be speedy and stressless.
