Los doctores muy profesionales muy buen trabajo pero el personal de recepción pésima la señora de cierta edad diciendo mentiras cambia los turnos a su antojo sin contar con nadie dice q me llamo y dejo mensaje de vos cuando ese día no recibí ni tan siquiera una llamada de nadie cuando se lo demostré no sabía q otra mentira inventar no se con tantas quejas de ella como le permiten trabajar en este lugar sinceramente deja mucho q desear la dirección del centro con tantos médicos y enfermeros capaces q tengan semejante escoria trabajando allí

Went in for a follow up today and was told doctor couldn't see me because I didn't have labs done. The nurse was rude. I was suppose to have the follow up last month and was rescheduled due to the fact the doctor was out. Waited 1.5 hours in the lobby only to be told this. I ended up going to the lab only to be told that I had already had those labs done and results had been faxed in to the doctor since June. Theyy need to make sure that they have all paperwork in order when calling patient and confirming the appointment date. Alicia in the front desk however was very helpful. Ended up changing GI doctors. Please avoid this place

Hour and half wait after appointment time just to get to exam room. Over schedule to many patients.

I had appointment at 2:30 PM get called to get weighed in then back to lobby to wait another 30 minutes. Then finally I get called in to see dr. Valeska Balderas. I would have preferred dr. Rodriguez. Anyways she said nurse would come see me to give me dates for upper endoscopy and for an ultrasound. Another 20 min nobody ever came. I just walked out of room 4 waiting room nobody even noticed and schedule to see another doctor!! So your research before you schedule here! Don’t let your doctor refer you to who they want! You can choose!!

I can’t believe I tried to schedule an appt here at this office i called twice and the two times I called the front office staff just picked up and said “ gastro please hold” and left me on hold for 20min both times. After the second time I gave up and just went to another doctor if I had issues for them to answer me I can’t imagine how it is to get treatment or anything done there. The doctor might be good but has horrible staff I guess.

Very compassionate Doctor! Very understanding doctor.

I have been with Dr. Rodriguez for over 3 yrs and he has always been very kind, polite and very professional and his staff too have always been very kind and polite, no complaints. (I'm trying to give Dr. Rodriguez a 4 1/2 rating but I don't know how to do a half star).

Best doctor ever.

I’m very disappointed the worse Doctor and the was horrible. I will never go back.
