I have attempted to call several times and was informed that Cassandra is the only person who handles new home health referrals. I have left multiple messages for her but have not received a return call. While I understand that it is the holiday season, the process should be better organized. The company’s operations should not rely solely on one individual. Additionally, no one has been able to confirm whether Cassandra is available today. As a result, I am experiencing delays in obtaining the home health services I need, with no clear point of contact to assist me.
