This was my first visit and Miranda was very attentive to my needs. She was thorough when explaining the exam process, she checked in with me multiple times to ensure all my questions and concerns were being addressed. Javier was extremely helpful and personable as he helped me not only find frames that I felt comfortable in but also made the experience feel effortless and efficient. Luis was excellent as well as he explained the entire insurance process to me to ensure that I knew exactly each step of the process before and after the eye exam. He was incredibly kind and patient making sure that before I left I had all the information I needed. This has been one of the best experiences that I have ever had due to the hard work and dedication from the wonderful individuals mentioned above.
