I was at my moms first appt with her last year and let me tell you, DR CHANGLANI is patient, kind and a great listener. He is attentive and explaines in detail so patients understand. He answers any questions as well. Her other visits have been the same as well. She and I are both quite happy she has DR CHANGLANI as a cardiologist.
I was very thankful for all his concern, and explaining to me all the results and info for each one. I need further exams that I will be taking. I was very satisfied.

He has credentials...too many patients...very long wait every appt. Scheduled noon appt and still waiting to go in after 1 1/2 hr
Three hours waiting in the lobby to be seen by doctor only for the doctor to be less then five minutes with my mom and most of the time he was speaking with the nurse then he LITERALLY gets up and leaves the room without saying anything he did it the first time and we thought hey...he might be very busy we understand but a second time? That’s just him being rude and disrespectful to his patients who are trusting HIM with their health and paying HIM with their hard earned money to have their questions answered. If doctor Changlani does not have time for his patients then limit them because people like myself and I’m sure many others look for quality over quantity. For sure not coming back.
Honestly the doctor here is okay; he is a bit forgetful and tends to forget what has been shared with him in previous visits but that’s to be expected I guess with so many patients…the worst part about this place is the complete disregard for appointments and timeliness. They must take way too many appointments because their waiting room is standing room only. We were seen at 5pm for a 1:30pm appointment. No one that you ask seems to care about how far back they are running behind or what implications that has on the rest of your life. Today, we waited for 3 hours and had to leave without seeing the doctor at all because we had to meet our home health nurse to take care of my disabled grandmother. I thought 3 hours was enough time but definitely not. If they are this delayed and unable to keep up with appointment times….they should at least be friendly and courteous when asked questions.

The wait time is over 3 hours long, the staff isnt using mask or gloves especially the front office. He takes on too many patients, giving only 10 mins per visit to 3 hour waiting room time. He doesn't listen he just let's it go over his head and repeats himself as if you said nothing important to him. Hes got that "hand on the door attitude" do not reccomend. At all
**** that's a lie! It's a 4 hour wait the least in any of his offices. And hes one or those that has his "hand on the door "while talking to you He takes in too many patience to keep up with. But that's what money hungry doctors do.
