The worse staff. They never answer the phone and are so rude when they do.

Staff is ridiculous. Scheduling is a mess and on top of that their phone number has been not working all week. My son has been due for a appointment for a week now. He is on a G TUBE. For the staffs information you guys were supposed to call for a follow up appointment and that never happened . When you guys finally did call you all just said Tomarrow with no time specified. Again tried to call back no answer family dr even tried calling too

First time here and by the looks of it there’s no respect for appointments. I came 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment and my son has been skipped by 4 patients. Unbelievable.

Doctor didn’t even let us tell him our daughters diagnosis or anything. He was the only one talking and it was our first Time here. He was rude and unprofessional. You basically paying to get told what to do without even knowing anything about our daughter. He didn’t give us a chance to share our daughters long history. Not a good doctor & don’t recommend!!!

Pretty mediocre. Physician never really offered any solutions to patient. Kept beating around the bush. Also had dismissive attitude. Basically wasted time and money.

This office doesn’t even deserve a 1 star! Horrible Experience! Miranda the receptionist didn’t even know what she was talking about. Dr couldn’t even speak to me over the phone after requesting to do so multiple times. They wanted to reschedule my daughters apt after my daughter was already at the office. I told them to forget about rescheduling! Would definitely not recommend them to anyone or go there again! Horrible just horrible!! Sad thing is that this was my daughters first visit and she had to go through all of this??

the wait time is UNBELIEVABLE! I understand that like in most places people just need to wait a bit, but at this place it is seriously exaggerated!

Dr. Reinoso was very knowledgeable, caring and patient. I highly recommend him. His receptionist Vanessa was very kind too.
