Worst eye place I’ve EVER been to!!! I DO NOT recommend. Extremely slow service despite it being almost empty, appointment times DON’T matter to these people, an eye exam scheduled for 2 pm wasn’t performed until 3:15 pm, walks-in were going in BEFORE me! Ridiculously high prices, lied to me telling me they did take my insurance when they in fact DID NOT! 2 for $95 were all flimsy, plastic frames HORRIBLE! please do NOT waste your time or money with these people.

Great service!! I came to EyeLabs for the first time and Ceasar was really helpful! They explained all the options and they were very patient with us. Overall great experience!

Stopped in to adjust my old glasses, Cesar advised me that my subcription was past due. Gave me a great deal on my renewal of my new glasses. Thank you Cesar!

The staff has been very helpful when I'm actually able to get any help. But this location is always ridiculously busy. If you have a 9-5, it's pretty impossible to get a reasonable time for anything having to do with the doctor. If you're late you get screwed. Even when I was on time I felt like I waited a lot. Like I said, this location is just way too busy.

They do NOT disclose you are going to do the eye exam yourself with a “tech on a screen” telling you how to do the exam. I asked for the doctor or an in person tech to conduct the exam since I am not trained nor certified; therefore, did not want to risk having incorrect results. The front desk said I “need an appointment with the doctor.” I said I do have an appointment, they said no ma’am you have to specifically ask for the doctor, all appointments are for eye exams done virtually. My vision was not a risk I was willing to take with me doing my own eye exam, canceled my appointment. Will not recommend to anyone. Go to an appropriate IN PERSON doctor for your vision needs.
