Dr. Chang and staff are phenomenal 👏 new patient went in as a walk-in to her clinic for an eye injury after calling many of the clinics in the valley none would take me in. Dr. Chang clinic was able to see me the same day clinic staff were so helpful, and I was able to get the care I needed. I would definitely recommend 10/10

Great little eye center! Dr. Chang is great, took her time w/exam, and the front desk staff is very helpful! Would recommend to anyone here in the valley! (4 stars, because office is small, looks like it needs updating, but actually whole strip center is quite old.)

Optometrist was great. Knowledgeable and professional. The reception staff is a bit lacking at times, but they do what they can. I got contacts and so far so good. They were able to offer a rebate for the contacts I chose. Definitely will return for my yearly.

Never go here. They are sluggish. If you are not busy and want to waste your time all day long, this is a perfect place for you. Good luck!

Dr. Chang is great. The four stars are for her. She is very thorough, experienced, personable, listens to you, communicates well, has patience with her patients, doesn't rush you as she goes through the eye exam ("Which is better: one or two?, Three or four?" Etc.). My family all agrees she is the best in the area for eye exams. One family member had a hard time with contact lenses and Dr. Chang was great working with her. The lady who did the screening and initial testing for glaucoma, etc., was also very friendly and thorough. The ladies at the reception however could use a refresher on customer service. They did not greet me or others I noticed as we arrived. They looked like they really didn't want to be there or help. Perhaps I just caught them at a bad time. The day I went the office could have been managed better. While I had an appointment for 1 PM and arrived 15 minutes prior, I did a lot of waiting. They took me back on time, but it was 3 PM before I got out. The frames are all name brand and expensive, not well organized. If you're in a hurry, you might want to go somewhere else. However I felt it was worth the wait and the lack of professionalism from the front desk to be seen by Dr. Chang. I have tried several other places in town over the last 18 years. Some others have nicer looking buildings and perky people, but she is the best I have found. Prices are reasonable too, and some insurance is accepted. I do recommend Nolana Eye Center for eye exams but I go elsewhere to actually buy my glasses. The office is part of an older strip mall. Rather dated, a little dark with wood paneling. There is a private parking lot and it's in a great location on Nolana Ave.
