Our appt was at 11:15 and we are barely seeing the dr at 1:49. So many ppl complaining that they waited over 4 hrs to be seen. Never coming back here again.

The last couple of years this place has been terrible. The doctor is nice and knowledgeable but I don’t know why they bother with fitting in walk ins. It takes hours to be seen even with an appointment. The doctor seems over worked and way over booked. They got my son’s prescription wrong and I had go back and forth with the receptionist. They suggested I rule out it wasn’t eyemarts fault then come back and book another appointment to speak with the doctor herself a week later . turned out the prescription just had a typo. Front desk kept telling me it takes time for glasses to adjust. My son is 9 and has been wearing glasses for years and he said he saw worse than before and they told me to just wait on it. Who has that kind of time to drive back and forth when the Issue could’ve been fixed right there and then with the doctor!? It’s a shame it use to be so great and convenient to come here.

Scheduling is definitely unprofessional. Have waited an hour with full waiting area. Will not return to any location operating with no concerns of patient's time. Hope Doctor is more efficient than staff. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

This dr has definitely gone downhill the past 2 years. The staff is standoffish and doesn’t explain things properly. I went in for an exam and was told it would be minimum 2 hr wait. Don’t waste your time when you can go somewhere else and be seen faster.

First visit; prescription wrong. Second visit; prescription wrong. Third visit; appointment cancel, by who? No one knows. Staff implied I was in the wrong place and not a patient here… needless to say waiting for the doctor but please save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
