Only Love Home Care has recently become a part of mine and my families lives. The quality of care, understanding and attention given to me and my grandparents has been incredible. I have to personally thank Crystal, Cassie, Margo, Samantha, Leonel and Veronica. Each of these individuals has shown me and my family great love and support as we navigate through something new. When you have caring individuals that feel like an extended family, it makes it less stressful to manage difficult situations. Each of them plays an important part of caring for my family and that is why I am eternally grateful to this agency, and especially to these individuals. Thank you all for answering all of my questions, being patient and supportive, but most of all, caring. Veronica, thank you for answering my texts and calls at all hours of the day. I appreciate each one of you!!

For about six months, I have been running through the maze that is our current healthcare system, trying to find help for my wheelchair-bound elderly mother. Attempting to navigate between the responsibilities of state and federal programs, calling the correct phone number without going down the never-ending rabbit hole of being transferred between internal departments until someone takes accountability, and using the correct healthcare jargon or run the risk of being provided with the wrong information that will ultimately send me back to square one has been an exhausting experience. It has been my pleasure AND RELIEF to work directly with an absolutely passionate and informed individual who shared her healthcare experience with me. Her name is Ms. Kasey Pina and she works within the provider services department at Only Love Home Care. Ms. Pina has listened to me air out these frustrations over the phone (countless times) and while she was completing a home visit for services. Not only did she walk me through (step-by-step and holding my hand) different healthcare options for my mom, but she also found the perfect in-home provider to assist my mother. Ms. Pina also explained what part of the healthcare system federal and what services are state-funded. I owe a great deal of my emotional relief, as a caregiver, to her and I wanted to share my gratitude for all she did and continues to do. Thank you so much!

I had the pleasure of working with Samantha for at-home therapy and I can confidently say she is an exceptional therapist. From the moment we started she made me feel comfortable and at ease. Samantha is not only professional but also a very kind and friendly person always going above and beyond to make sure I felt supported throughout our sessions. I have nothing bad to say about her, she is a wonderful therapist, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking therapy.

Hello this is my second time, being a client at Only Love. The first time I was having physical therapy because of my right knee replacement. During my therapy I was still having pain , but I guess Ms. Samantha figured that my issue was resolved and it wasn't anymore the agency could do. So I accepted the she knew what she was talking even though I felt being rushed. So a year later I returned the agency again with another surgery on the same knee. Ms. Samantha came out too my house and welcomed me back 🤔. So we discuss my schedule on what days I would be having therapy. I requested to have my same therapist who name is Ross. So one month into my three a week Samantha broke to changing my days down to twice a week so I agreed. So it has not been 3 months being in physical therapy. The early part of the week she text me to tell me she will be here today to discharge me. I was upset. She had me under the impression that she was the owner or had some type of clout when she can make decisions over everyone. So when she arrived today I asked her to sit down that I needed to talk to her and that I told her that I feel that I don't think she's a compassionate person she don't have any feelings for people's needs. And I was telling her that when she was here last month that she had told me to hold my arms up to over my head into the side and that had been on my mind cuz I was wondering why she had me do that and I felt uncomfortable because they had nothing to do with my knees so today she said she wanted to observe me I told her no she came here to discharge me so that's what she's going to do is to just charge me she had me under the assumption that she was ahead boss and when I told her that I no longer needed their services she told me oh I could get you another therapist I said I don't want it therapist I like Ross she says no me I don't have to come back and my mouth just dropped because I was under the assumption that she was a supervisor over everyone that she was not a therapist and I was just totally surprised. After signing my papers I told her to make sure that it was saying that we both no longer needed each other services due to the fact of her attitude towards dealing with the public and not having no feelings thinking that she has to listen to her clients and take a note when they're saying that they're in pain and that they need their services that is for a reason so she needs to think about what she's done. M knee doctor gave me a prescription to extend my days, and to go to my apartment gym. But I'm looking for somewhere else to go

We cannot say enough great things about Veronica our nurse! She is reassuring, as well as knowledgeable to assist us with little tricks to better care for our mom until she is able to be more independent. Veronica’s compassion and very calm demeanor is a refreshing presence daily and we look forward to seeing her walk through the door! We feel so blessed that she was selected to be assigned to our family during this transition of the unknown. She has continually encouraged us and kept us informed every single day and we cannot thank her enough. Highly recommend 10/10 ⭐️❤️

Amazing agency and staff! Ginger, Brianna, Maria and Amy are always willing to go above and beyond. Ginger is exceptional with patients and families; always available to answer any questions.

My Grandmother has been here for 3 months now, and appreciate how wonderful the staff has been. Dell makes me feel very comfortable. She offers great customer service.
