I want to express my deepest gratitude to the entire team at Reset Home Health - physical therapists, nurses, case managers, etc., - for everything they did for my mom. The staff’s encouragement lifted her out of the most difficult, stressful, and burdensome times of her recovery. Mr. Nonso, Ms. Angie, Ms. Joanna, Ms. Cynthia, and Ms. Krystal always took the time to explain things to us and include our wishes in mom’s plan of care. Y’all truly helped my mom ease her pain and regain her strength. Mom’s amazing and speedy recovery would have been impossible without all of you. All my nurses did a lot for me. I was very satisfied, they all kept their appointments and arrived on a timely manner. I was treated very nicely and everyone was very gentle with me. I give them high ratings and highly recommend you all. Over all my nurses were very caring.

When my husband was referred to Reset Home Health he needed care.I am very grateful Angie for taking care of my husband he has greatly made progress in his wounds which are now closed and healed.Also Nonzo For being there for my husbands physical therapy sessions which he has made progress as well. I would definitely recommend this agency in the future.Thank you for Continuing to taking care of my husband.

Nonso did an amazing job helping me rehabilitate after losing the ability to walk from neurological manifestations of having Covid. He worked with me daily with kindess, support and encouragement to make progress. He knew what my capabilities and limitations were and challenged me to achieve my goals.
