Ross Chapel's Online Review Report Card

I have never seen a Dr office run like this one. I scheduled a appointment for 9 am , I was there 15 min. Early just to find a line to check in. Everyone there was scheduled for 9. I waited 2 hours and still had not seen the dr. I finally had e enough and left.I was recommended to this Dr but would not try to get an appointment again

Excellent Surgeon….. He made me a special boot…. When I broke my Fibula & Tibula while attempting to be Tony Hawk… Highly recommend…… Don’t think twice about it….. He is the one….. he even signed my toe !!!! p.s NPG

I’ve previously left a great review on this office but I regret that entirely. The office and their staff are completely unprofessional and rude. You will hardly ever get to see Dr. Chapel, instead, you’ll just speak with a p.a. Who will say “I’ll tell this to the dr and have him call you” and….. of course, you won’t get a phone call, YOU will have to call them and ask them for the drs thoughts and recommendations only to find out the dr was never updated on the patient and has not made any recommendations. Let me make it known that this Doctor ASKS HIS PATIENTS TO MAKE GOOD REVIEWS FOR HIM. To my concern, if you have to ask someone to say good things about you, there’s probably a bigger issue. The staff will not call you back, will not properly schedule your appointment or OVER schedule appointments for the day and send you home, and will not properly make referrals for necessary scanning or therapy. Overall, I have unfortunately been seeing this office for almost two years and have never truly felt valued or respected. Please be cautious when considering this office.

They schedule you and don’t get to you until after 3 hours of sitting down. It’s bad practice to do that. Shows the greed that runs this place. They want to squeez 100 patients in an 8 hour work day.

When to ER because I got a fractured finger so I called dr office and the lady that answered said to call my primary dr so they can refer me to another dr because dr chapel had to many ppl to see wow so my question is because he has patients already he doesn’t see the new ones or how does it work

I went to go see Dr. Chapel for shoulder pain. From the minute I walked in, all his staff was very attentive, with friendly, welcoming attitude. Everyone I had contact with in his office made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Chapel was awesome, took his time to talk to me, explain my MRI results and provided his recommendation for treatment and asked if I had any questions and took his time to answer. I was very pleased with him and his entire staff, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Chapel, his Dr. bedside manners were top rated, hard to find Drs with amazing Dr. bedside manners nowadays.

I broke my femur and operated and he gave excellent care. I recommend him he is an excellent surgeon

My experience was 5 stars ! I am recovering from my second surgery preformed by Dr Chapel. Both operations are a complete success.. I feel very thankful that I was referred to Dr Chapel by my G P. He takes time to explain exactly the details and expected recovery results. Needless to say I highly recommend him

I highly recommend Dr. Chapel to ANYONE looking for a TOP-NOTCH surgeon in the valley. He is the BEST! Dr. Chapel performed a critical yet a successful surgery on my husband who suffered a severe crushing injury on his right leg, literally chattered his bone . It’s been 8 wks now and my husband has been healing perfectly , using his crutches and getting stronger by the day . Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Dr. Chapel , you are truly a GOD sent Angel to your patients. God Bless!❤️🙏
