Just called to get a refill approval because the office never called back my pharmacy for it after a week. So the lady who answered just told me with the attitude that I have to go in cause I haven't been seen in a couple of months. I work 8-5 all week and it's hard to take off from work, the harsh part is that the receptionist just hung up on me. I was like, what just happened? Crazy, don't know why my family member still goes way out there to all of that. Great Doctor to have staff like this!

Dr. Aleman has been my family doctor for years and has the best bedside manner that anyone could ask for. He explains what is going on and what is needed in easy to understand language and cares for the well being of his patients. He is like have a family member as a doctor who is taking care of you.

I got an appointment for today at 2:00pm, I went :15m early how they requested me because I was a new patient. Two hours for the vitals, 1hr later (almost 5pm) and nobody saw me. I left without seen the Dr after been there 3hr. I will change my primary doctor with my health insurance because I don’t think to go back there. The Dr time is important but people too!!

Went on for a referral the PA didn’t even check me this after waiting 2 hours for her in the waiting room. When I finally got my forms to pick up I was given dirty looks by her and the staff. This clinic is in the wrong profession for being in the medical field.

He has been my family’s physician for over 25 years. He takes care of my parents as well. Mrs. Treviño NP is just the Best we are blessed and privileged to be taken care by her.

They kept me waiting about 2 hours after my scheduled time to be seen by the doctor, totally unacceptable. When Dr. Aleman finally came he was extremely unpleasant and rude, worst ever!
