I'm leaving this review because my grandfather was receiving wound care from this company everyone there is nice friendly and very professional... but there is one employee named cesar who is unprofessional rude arrogant, then threatened my grandfather at his own home that he was going to put that he wasn't being noncompliance most of all he raised his voice demanding why he did not want his assistance. This wasn't the first time this man did something similar and my grandfather had asked him to not return to his home and he did and then this happened. They dropped my grandfather from their services due to this man. They did not finish their job because of him.

Worst home health services ever. Neglecting to provide wound care as ordered by psychisian is neglecting the patients' rights. To be told by the supervisor it's a courteousy to provide wound care supplies is beyond thrilling my mind at this point. Just FYI false documentation to charge medicaid and or Medicare is a crime.
