When they took the glasses I was wearing to go check the prescription, they came back all scratched up on both lenses! Hey TEA, are you going to reimburse me for those $600 lenses??

I took my son there and they help me out and they find out what he really has. Know he can see better with his new glasses and the lady in the front, she was very helpful. I would recommend for people to go there.

Dr Graham has terrific and personable bedside manner. He’s an amazing surgeon and the bilingual staff treats people with dignity and respect.

I saw Dr.B and Nurse V. My experience was good, including the doctor and nurse. The nurse actually was very compassion and helpful. The doctor was nice, knowledgeable, and listened to your concern. Don't know why some puts low rank comments. I guessed like Forest Gum said: "Life is like a bulk of chocolate you sometimes don't know which one you will get :)

I was treated by the Thurmond eye associates in mission. I had a cousin who referred me to TEA. I also did some limited research and thought I’d give them a try after unsuccessful treatment with an ophthalmologist in McAllen who is now retired. I saw Thurmond from January 2022 to about September 2022. Dr Silva and dr. Lopez did their best to help me with my eye condition. When I was still having issues they did the right thing and referred me to their specialist, ophthalmologist Dr. Bentley. What a disappointment he was Arrogant, deaf to the concerns I relayed to him, and gave me no hope, or solution to my eye issues aside from having me retested for something I had already been tested for, and to continue with the steroid drops that dr. Silva and dr. Lopez had been treating me with. He also told me to come back in 30 days. I was advised my primary doctor to seek an eye doctor outside of the valley. I had a co worker from san Antonio who told me about a dr in SA. What a difference.. he immediately diagnosed me with a chronic eye condition that was incurable but could be managed. He put me on an aggressive treatment plan and told me the do’s and dont’s. And I am doing 110% better mentally and physically with my eyes. learned that at TEA I was being treated for the symptoms and not the root causes of my eye problems. It sucks that I have to travel to SA to see the doctor and get my treatment but it’s worth knowing I am in such better hands.
