Staff is very unprofessional, they overcharged me since Feb 2018, my insurance has contacted them several times and they keep saying the Office Administrator has to issue that refund. I’ve also called several times and spoke to Carla, she keeps saying she will call me back and never does...still waiting on that refund, today is Aug. 15, 2018
