Everything was great. The prices were a little high but great glasses. The one thing I had an issue with was signing in at the front desk to get my eye exam at. You had to put your full name and birthdate on the clipboard and they left it out on the desk where anyone could see or take a photo of your personal information.

Rosa was very helpful and a great sales associate and knew about all the frames and the options.extremely knowledgeable. This is my new place to buy glasses. Everyone was very kind and was a pleasant experience. Made me very comfortable.👍

Worst customer service. I called three times and it was more like I was disturbing their ongoing conversations. She literally kept on talking with someone else while I was on the phone. Came in person and not able to help with insurance. Literally told me I had to call. Do not waist your time. As I was here, a customer came to return the glasses because she got the wrong glasses with not what they paid for.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Initially came in with questions about my daughters previous glasses and was told they would help me as soon as they were available. Then I kept seeing customers getting helped that had arrived after us and no one bothers to come back and help us. Then they have the audacity after 5 customers to talk about random stuff knowing we were waiting to be helped. Finally I said “hey is anyone going to help us?” Then they decided it was time for us. Total lack of respect and I will never return as a customer.
