I unfortunately didn't have a positive experience with the back office/insurance claim policy with this office. I will say they had an easy intake form you can fill online, the office was clean and they saw you in on time. My issue with them specifically is that they require 50% down for an orthodic even if your met 100% of your deductible AND even if they verify it with your insurance. They explained their office policy as to why they do it, but as a patient, I just need to be taken care of and not put in the middle when I already spent enough money on insurance costs this year. I opted to take my business to another podiatrist who didn't require a deposit and scheduled me the next week. It would be wise to before you schedule to find out what a podiatrists down payment policy is for orthodics. Not all of them require you to pay a down payment. I am glad I found one who was willing to take care of the patient first.

I highly recommend Dr Nelson. He was very professional, kind and did my procedure well even with all the anxiety I had surrounding it from past experiences. He really helped me feel comfortable. Wonderful Doctor who truly cares about his patients! Staff at office were very friendly as well. 10/10 recommend

I finally got help for my chronic ingrown toenail problem, which has been bothering me for ages. Dr. Nelson patiently answered all my questions, and to my surprise, he resolved the issue with a simple in-office procedure during the same appointment. Don't wait as long as I did to get your toes treated—I highly recommend it!

I was crushed when my lover of three month left to be with another girl. I cried and sobbed every day, until it got so bad that I reached out to the Internet for help. Saw Dr. Nelson for the 1st time today and he was awesome. Didn’t have to wait long at all and was very impressed with him. Very personable and thorough. Ended up having to remove my big toenail and he made me very comfortable prior to the procedure telling me exactly how he would do it. Complete staff was very efficient as well, getting me in quickly on the same day I called. Extremely pleased with my appointment and Dr. Nelson.
