Compassionate, knowledgeable, listens well and truly cares about her patients . A breath of fresh air. Spent the last 4 years dealing with issues and no other doctors really cared about helping. I could cry I’m so happy.

Dr. Booth is one of the best doctors I've been to in my 68 years. She is professional, competent, upbeat, and thorough. When I was told by another ENT doctor in Plano, "to just live with the tinnitus," Dr. Booth totally explained my tinnitus and started me on a compounded drug to help alleviate the noise. After two weeks, while the noise is still there my hearing has improved and I feel like there is hope. In addition, Dr. Booth provided advice on prescribed drugs I've been taking for years as well as vitamins. In my two visits with her we were never rushed and her assistant takes copious notes which I can review on the portal. Dr. Cherie Booth is a patient centered doctor. AWESOME doctor!

I want to thank doctor Cherie Booth in Plano, Texas, for helping me get some hearing back when other doctors gave up on me. I lost all of my hearing seven days after getting the Pfizer vaccine. The first doctor I went to did the proper protocol, but he gave up after three weeks. My appointment to see Dr. Booth was at the same week. So I decided not to give up and check with her. She gave me aggressive steroid treatments, and it helped. What a great decision. I got some of my hearing back. I am using hearing aids now, which also helps. I am forever grateful for Dr. Booth's excellent skills as an ENT doctor and a kind and caring doctor. She held my hand during the uncomfortable moments of the treatments in my inner ears. No doctor has ever done this before for me. Also, the staff just seemed genuinely interested and caring.

Dr. Booth was very knowledgeable.After some testing, she immediately diagnosed an ear infection and prescribed some antibiotics treatment.Just in case she warned us that if treatment doesn’t help we may need additional scans.The facility also let us know the cash price of further diagnostic, so we knew what to be prepared for.Luckily for us, treatment actually helped.Even though this whole "story" wasn’t cheap, but at least she actually helped and stopped my wife’s suffering.I see where that money came to and I think it was worth it.Just 1 problem I had with one of the receptionists in Plano location at West 15th street.One of the receptionists got upset and lectured us (not in a very polite manner) because we were 7 (!) minutes late on our follow-up visit.It left some bitter taste.But I see no fault of Dr. Booth in it, so I still give her 5 stars.

Dr. Booth is extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. She takes the time you need with her and never makes you feel rushed. Treating someone with Meniers can be challenging but she always goes the extra mile to give you the BEST medical care possible. I would and have recommend others to her.

Dr Cherie Booth. Is an excellent ENT. She is kind, caring, takes her time to listen, she asks questions, and allows you the time to ask questions as well. Extremely professional, friendly staff! Thank you for making my time in your office a pleasant one. Not every visit to a doctor is a comfortable one or end of care situation. Dr Booth and her staff, are wonderful!

I'm so thankful to have been referred to Dr Booth. I've been going to her for about 4 years (after losing hearing in one ear) and she's very attentive, asks good questions and listens to your answers and concerns. Love this office in McKinney and thankful I get to have her take care of my hearing needs.
