This was my first time going to this CareNow location. I was feeling terrible and it was Saturday, so I couldn't see my family doctor. I did the online check in about 30 minutes before they opened. As soon as they opened they called me to come in. Upon arriving I was called back quickly to a waiting room. My wait wasn't too long after that. This office is run very efficiently and I would definitely return to this location in the future.

Grossly unorganized. Came in for basic blood draw for school, TB test and tetanus shot. Had an appointment. The only time we had to wait was for the office staff to Decide the cost and repeat 4 times what we needed to each other and the provider. After confusion from the provider and an hour of this back and forth among their staff, we left without anything.

1st time here and it was simple and easy and there wasn’t a wait. The NP Kim was great. She listened and offered multiple suggestions which I greatly appreciate! Wish we could see her for every doctor visit
