This location in McKinney is well-staffed and attentive. Web check-in makes the experience waiting a very short length of time. The EMT who took the vitals was courteous and speedy, yet gentle when taking the nasal swabs (NO BRAIN SWAB)! The doctor gave me a thorough check and made certain there were no other issues. Thank you!

I waited almost two hours and was told 15-30 minutes and was skipped over three times waiting in line. Not impressed at all.

Went in for left wrist got a brace. Brace was ineffective after two days would not replace it. Also no x ray able to be done but yet I’m paying customer? Before I left asked lady upfront what my blood pressure was said could not give bc dr seeing patients. I said that’s fine and would wait she still said I would not be able to get my blood pressure reading. Called today back to back to finally get through. I told Jacquelyn all this and she gave me literally Zero help. Then said would call me back and never did. Worst care clinic ever been to. Look up clinics in McKinney there is a reason this one is rated at the bottom.

Showed up. Sign says open. Hours of operation say open. Staff inside. But door was locked and nobody came to help. Disappointing.

I went in for two small issues. After the questions about each issue, I was actually asked which was more important to me in case they can only see me about one...what the heck? I said both and why do I have to choose and was told that it just depended on the doctor. WHAT?! Not acceptable and basically a waste of time and money.
