I’ve been going to CDI since 2010 started out at Willowbend which I loved and switched to the McKinney location in 2017 because it was more convenient. I LOVE the staff there From the time you walk in the door during procedure be it a MRI CAT Scan etc. until you exit the door EVERYONE is friendly and professional. My mind is at ease going there and my trust in their care of me and service is never doubted

They do not provide all payment options up front. Outofpocket would have been cheaper.

This place is HORRIBLE They confirmed the Drs order had been received the previous day and scheduled our appointment. We drove 1 12 hours to make this appointment.  Upon arrival they couldnt find the orders and no services could be provided because they couldnt find the orders. They wasted our time and blamed the doctor although they had confirmed date and time the dr sent the order. Extremely poor customer service.

I HAD an appointment. I even have a voicemail reminder for that appointment. I drove over $ thru tolls $$ for the front desk to LIE to me. I will not reschedule at this location. No phone call or text or email. 🤬 USELESS

I had an appointment today when I scheduled it they told me 745am when I got the reminder it said 745. Also when I was originally called to schedule it was the number to the Mckinney location and assumed thats where appt was. I showed up at the Mckinney office at 730 outside a glass door and waited. Around 740 someone came to the door looked at me turned on the light unlocked it and just walked away. No acknowledgement. So i walked in and she said whats your appt time. I said 745 and she said no its 8. I said okay well thats what I was told when i scheduled it and when I got text reminder. And she said no thats your arrival time your appt is 8 and there are no techs here yet sondont be mad if you have to sit for 15 minutes. I said ok whatever. Not exactly sure what her problem is at this time. Then asked me if i was Belinda. I said no and gave my name and DOB she said well youre supposed to ber at the independence office i said ok sorry ill go over there and she said no its too late you wone make it. You need to call first but its too early so they wont answer. I explained I tried to call last night to confirm location but no one answered and she said because we close at 5. I said i called prior to 5 and she said well we are busy we cant always answer the phone. I said well Im just going to drive over and she again said no its too late they wont take me in. I said well how about i just start driving and then they can call and tell me if I can come or not instead of standing here wasting time. She said fine whatever but you better answer the phone then. So I left and the other office called and said it was fine and were very nice and helpful. Whoever that Hilda person was the independence office said that was her name was so rude and shouldnt be providing any sort of service at a front desk. I was completely put off by this company and especially this location i have never been treated that rudely by a person in a medical office and as a nurse myself I was in shock.

Great staff was in and out pretty quick The xray tech was very nice polite and explained things well

Ive gone here twice so far for XRays and an MRI and they were awesome The lady at the front desk was so nice and all of the techs were super nice during my procedures I highly recommend

My wife and I initially went to the location in Plano where we were told they did not have any appointments available and instead referred us to their McKinney location off Eldorado and Alma and even made an appointment for my wife there. When we got there and told them we have an appointment at 345 the lady at the front desk impatiently and uncompassionately told us that they just took somebody else in for testing and that our check in time is at 345 and the appointment time is at 415. We kindly showed her the appointment card which obviously stated that the appointment time was set for 345 not 415 but she insisted that we were wrong and it was in fact the check in time. She spoke to us like we were ignorant and stupid and treated us with such disrespect. I dont know if racism was involved and Im not jumping to that conclusion however my wife and I are Muslims and my wife wears a hijab and that lady did not treat anybody else that came in like she treated us. And when I say that I mean she was all smiles and had a kind warm tone to her voice with everybody else. After we sat down to wait our turn I could hear that same lady whispering to her colleagues about what just happened making us feel even more unwelcome and uncomfortable.I was born and raised here and am in the healthcare industry and my wife is a teacher so our English is great yet she was talking to us like we were some uneducated nobodies from another country.She does not know what my wife has been dealing with in order for her to be there testing that day and we had already had a rough day with doctors. She absolutely had no right to be so pushy and so arrogant and disrespectful. We did not respond to her unacceptable attitude and had them do the test and left promptly. My wife did not need that type of attitude nor did I want to cause a scene or make my wife even more uncomfortable while shes dealing with medical issues.Extremely unprofessional and I recommend anyone who reads this to take their business elsewhere.

DO NOT USE This bank deserves ZERO one star is too generous.Our first business loan with Chase was straight forward. Monthly statements show exact interest and principal. We paid off in 7 years.When we relocated and we had to take out a new loan. We went with this bank due to lower interest rate offered. In addition we had Jennifer Edwards as the main loan officer. She was professional and COURTEOUS. Their bank statements are very vague no principal and interests are displayed and website is poorly designed.In addition since 2016 we had 3 different ‘loan manager’ and none had the courtesy to ‘introduce’ themselves in person. The way they ‘introduce themselves’ is simply to send an email demanding an annual audit which was not required when Ms. Edward was there and even though we never missed a payment. Each would demand our business and personal returns. In addition they do hard pulls on our credits. This newest guy Clinton Coe is now threatening to raise our rate additional 3% if we don’t hand in our documents by end of the month. Are you kidding me? This is how you treat a paying customer?As healthcare provider that worked with other banks before I strongly advise you to find another bank for your financial needs. This bank is run by a bunch of bullies and turnovers are ridiculous.

My doctor recommended this company for Xrays and CT scans. The facility was clean the staff was friendly knowledgeable and help me resolve issues with my insurance company. An excellent choice for your imaging needs.
