Terrible bedside manner. Zero in fact. Husband had a procedure done by Dr Cefalu and left without introducing himself to me while in recovery room nor did he come out to say how procedure went, what to expect during recovery - nothing. Left building without a single word. My husband started experiencing complications and when we called him, he was rude and was of no help. My husband ended in the hospital with severe sepsis. Worst experience with a doctor we have ever had.

This was the most disappointing visit to a doctor I have ever had. The front desk and nurses were fine but Dr. Cefalu is a rude and arrogant doctor who cares less about your issues and more about getting you in and out. As soon as I walked in they were very attentive to my Insurance and immediate pay for the visit. I went in for a high PSA count and this is my first time ever experiencing any alarming diagnosis of my health. When I tried to explain my fear and discomfort, Dr Cefalu in his own words said, " It seems like you already came in here with with an attitude so if you want your money back and want to go to another doctor, that will be fine." I have never heard or experience that kind of behavior at all. I will never recommend or visit this man ever again.

I found the entire staff to be very efficient, well trained and very courteous. Wait times were very minimal and the office very clean and pleasant to be in.

Dr. Cefalu is a practical, straightforward doctor who works with me to make sure my health is the best it can be. No boilerplate solutions, just straight to the point. He looks at my case, specifically. Very much appreciated.

Dr Cefalu and his staff are courteous , polite and very informative. Dr Cefalu is very through in his diagnosis and explains everything that is going to happen. He allows you to ask any questions and takes his time to answer those questions. His staff is great and will answer any questions they can. Would highly recommend Dr. Cefalu.
