I called to get info and whoever I spoke with about insurances that they take was very rude! Thank goodness I didn’t book an appt if she was rude over the phone who knows how good there services are.

The parking lot has plenty of spaces, facility was clean, staff at check-in was awesome, waiting area had plenty of chairs and space, wait time was less than 10 minutes, and my intake nurse was very sweet and knowledgeable. The Dermatologist, Christopher Stroud, was fantastic. He listened to all my concerns and had a solution and/or feedback for each one. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr Stroud was extremely booked and I called his office at 8:30am and they worked me in asap as I was having an allergic reaction. He could have easily pushed me to an urgent care or another day However he saw me and gave me all the time required and his office staff was sweet and concerned also. He’s a great dermatologist. Went to Dallas Dermatology Associates for a couple skin tags and general checkup. Dr. Stroud was extremely friendly, clearly explained his findings, and removed a couple bothersome tags. Great overall experience.

We went and saw Dr. STROUD for my daughter's warts on her thumbs and had the worst experience we ever had with any doctor. He didn't show any sigb of interest or empathy toward my daughter's condition. He was not at all friendly and, frankly, seemed unhappy with his job. When asked what he would recommend between two treatment options, rather than laying out the pros and cons of the two, he said that he makes his patients choose so that he doesn't get blamed if the treatment doesn't work. We are not going back to this practice and would not recommend it to anyone!
