The facility feels extremely outdated — from the moment you walk in, there’s an old, musty smell that makes the environment uncomfortable. The place is not well organized, and it clearly needs better maintenance and management. The check-in process is the most frustrating part; the front desk takes forever, and they don’t even acknowledge you after you arrive. Overall, the experience was disappointing and definitely needs improvement.
I literally called up here and specifically asked about getting mycotoxins testing for my son and the receptionist said no problem and schedule us for it. I get here and they were acting like they were going to test him for allergy testing for mold. I told the nurse that is not what I am up here for. I am here to get my son tested for mycotoxins because he has been getting sicked over and over again and has exposed to black mold. She was confused and called Dr. Page in there, and he tells me oh we don't do mycotoxin testing here. Maybe traine your staff better so they aren’t wasting people's time. Never coming here again for such incompetence.
Great service
Honestly, I understand how exhausting it can be working with the public (like most of us do) all day - The front desk team at this location should choose a different line of work - you are in the people business. I wouldn't recommend coming to this doctor because of who he chooses to surround himself with. SHAME!

It's obvious there's an ongoing problem not being taken care of, because the doctor I now go to, says most of his clients came from this place.

Word of advice - Fire the front desk and start over.
Maybe she has a stake in the company with how she thinks she can talk to people????
This clinic has been the best to my son Matthew. Dr. Page is excellent and the staff is wonderful. Can’t imagine going anywhere else!
The staff is always friendly and professional. Office is run very efficiently. You are in and out quickly and no appointment necessary.
Staff are personable and friendly. This is a great office. They take care of you.
Kept prescribing me several antibiotics without even conducting an allergy test. I didn’t have an infection. What I DO have is a severe gluten allergy.
Great care! I have many family members with allergies and asthma, Dr. Page helps them control those issues with effective treatment and using his vast knowledge of the respiratory system.
This is the first review I have ever written. After going to different allergists since I was 5 years old, I have never experienced this kind medical office or treatment. Family Allergy prioritizes billable appointments rather than patients conditions. I transferred to their office after previously starting my allergy shots elsewhere. First, I was told I either needed to start my allergy shots over after 3 years or there was nothing else they could do to help improve my condition. I continued to experience different situations that showed they prioritized money and not providing good bed side manner. I have recently moved, but I have been in the office as recently as May. Family Allergy continued to prescribe me Advair, which is my daily asthma medicine. All of a sudden they decided to stop prescribing it without warning. I was completely out of medication. I called the office, explained the situation and asked if they could prescribe it for one more month. This would allow me to find a new doctor to prescribe the medication. They immediately said no. When I voiced concerns about how my breathing would decline quickly, their response was for me to go to the emergency room. Family Allergy left me to have an asthma attack rather than prescribing me 30 more days of a maintenance medication, even though I have been in the office at least 6 times in the last year. I write this review to try and prevent other people from experiencing their lack of consideration for their patients and selfish medical care solely motivated by money.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
