Customers are not important- they would rather loose a high paying customer over their $25 cancellation fee then understand how flexibility in scheduling is important. Repeat offenders yes- first time - no. Evidently they don’t need paying customers. Finding somewhere else- these places are all over. Clearly no loyalty to paying customers.

Lindsey and the whole staff are amazing! So professional and they take the time to formulate a personalized program based on your needs. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I had a very disappointing experience at Heartwater Aesthetic. They claimed to use a high number of units just to justify overcharging me, but I seriously doubt that amount was actually used. I feel like I was misled and taken advantage of. It’s unethical to inflate usage just to increase the price. I would not recommend this place.

The ladies of Hartwater are extremely talented nice sweet and caring group of ladies, From Kylie at the front desk with her beautiful smile who’s always willing to fit you in when your schedule changes. Lindsy who’s legit the injector Queen who can take your concerns and make them a thing of the past. She takes her time listens and comes up with an artistic solution to what ever may be bothersome without ever making you feel uncomfortable or pressured. Tiffany is one of a kind amazing and personable young lady who is a master at her craft. Knows how to get your skin in tiptop shape if it’s been lacking in luster. Helpful in maintaining all things skin and making it glow like a goddess. I highly recommend Hartwater so much so I followed the owner from her last spa when she opened Hartwater and made the leap to running her own show and doing things the Lindsy way all Heart and no fluff just real results that you can see and feel.

I’ve been seeing Lindsey at Hartwater for years and I couldn’t be happier with my results each time. She’s extremely knowledgeable, patient and thorough. At times, I’ve gone in with a specific procedure in mind and she’s taken the time to explain why it would or wouldn’t be beneficial for me which I’ve found to be the most desirable trait in this field. If she steers me clear of something I know she’s right. Her staff is also outstanding! Stephanie and Tiffany are amazing at what they do. I’ve seen them for hydrafacials, Morpheus8, dermaplaning, etc. and the results are always 10/10. They’ve become like family to me.

I’ve been going to Hartwater Aesthetics since they opened. Lindsey and Stephanie are amazing! They actually say, “no” if I want to do something they think will not give me a natural look for my age and I really appreciate it. They keep me looking natural and rejuvenated!

I absolutely love Hartwater. Excellent clinical staff and the front desk manager, Lauren, was so warm and welcoming. I was nervous about my first med spa appointment but they all made me feel really comfortable. Very at ease. I will not be going anywhere else for services!

I love it here. This was not my first stop on my skincare journey, but it will be my last. Not only was Lindsey amazing for Dysport, she also encouraged me to meet Tiffany to discuss less invasive ways to improve my skin. Tiffany helped me find a skincare routine that would work for me, and we did an IPL to help with age spots. I can’t recommend them more.
