I had an excellent visit with Dr Thompson about my knee pain. He explained my condition and treatment options very clearly. The office staff was also very pleasant. I am looking forward to continuing my treatment with this doctor.

I was bummed about the wait, but Dr. Thompson was very attentive and explained the nature of my injury and needed treatment very thoroughly, including pictures and written out explanations that I was able to take with me to reference later. The surgery scheduler, office staff and the brace measurer were also helpful and kind.

Wonderful office and such kind, knowledgeable staff. The doctor took time to see us and answer all our questions. They saw us quickly and were experts!

I appreciate the care that the staff and Dr. Thompson provide their patients. However, I waited over an hour today and this has happened more than once. Whoever is scheduling patients needs to reevaluate. I understand this happening occasionally but with this practice it has been a pattern.

Dr. Jon and staff efficient, explained condition and process thoroughly. Always a second person in the room taking notes and observing. Only downside was the wait, so 4 1/2 Stars.
