Great service and great staff!!!!

A "Pay and Try" Office I paid for multiple visits and very expensive creams for my two sons, who have different skin issues, without any success or signs of improvement in the treatment, which is OK. However, I realized that every time my son returned, even before 20 days had passed, to show that the results weren't getting better, they charged me again and again for visits, even to show that the first, second, and third treatments, which I paid for, weren't having any effect. My husband went to the office to understand why this "pay and try" behavior was happening, and this is where we can easily see who works fairly and who does not. Both the owner and another lady were very rude when I started my complaints. They said, "This is medical; you pay every time you come here, even if what we proposed isn't working." Imagine if you took medication, called your doctor to say it wasn't taking effect, and they charged you just because you came back to show them the ineffective results, and that happened multiple times. I have no problem paying for visits, but I just figured out that this place doesn't provide fair service. Be aware, you will pay and pay even to show that the results of the suggested treatments aren't taking any effect, and they will again, redo the same treatment process and charge all over again (loop situation). Avoid this place if you can.

Great place to go get your skin checked. Any problem. They make you feel very comfortable, relaxed and can quickly freeze off anything you are worried about within minute and you can be back on your way to the office. Highly recommend.

Julie is so good at what she does! She is very thorough, personable and professional. I have recommended her to several of my friends and family.

This is the place!! Had a bump on my arm and some skin care questions. Within an hour Julie removed the problem pain-free and gave me some sample face products to try out...... just got the stitches out today 2 weeks later(btw a free visit) in and out in 10 minutes, truly professional.I'm terrified of doctors, but I enjoyed coming here! Couldnt say enough nice things about them.

Julie Darby and her staff are wonderful! Julie is very thorough and knowledgeable. She is not tied to any corporate quotas, so takes the time to examine and educate. I always feel well taken care of and look forward to seeing her each year.

Julie is so skilled and has so much compassion and is very caring. She has helped me so much! She was extremely professional, very detailed in her analysis of my condition and she made me feel very comfortable during my visit. Her office staff are efficient, friendly and there is very little wait time. I have every confidence in her abilities help me with my medical needs.

Julie Darby is awesome. My husband and I have been seeing her for many years. Julie’s extremely knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. She always has the solution for whatever skin issues we have. Her staff is delightful. Tracy and Claire are very accommodating, whenever we need to schedule or reschedule appointments.
