The office staff were all very friendly and kind, and Brittany was the same. She was very thorough in her explanation and asked what I thought about it, which I found refreshing - having a provider actually get your thoughts. She also made sure I did not have any questions before I left my appointment. Would definitely recommend this practice.

Having skin issues can be a sensitive thing but felt comfortable during the 1st exam. Discussed removal of 1 that was a cause for concern, removing a couple of bothersome moles and had her look at the mole on my neck to be removed. When I came back to have the 1 on my back removed, Dr. Roberts said there wasn't anything in my chart after specifically talking about the other moles I wanted removed and what was covered by insurance! Didn't even care when I brought them up and had to remind her about the 1 on my neck. It was a different P.A. this time & the 1 that checked me in seemed to have no clue of what she was doing & I believe spoke little English. After the removal of 1 on my back, I had to call to check to see if the results were back. They were but never heard from anyone! It's not something to take lightly when waiting to see if you have skin cancer & especially since I had a malignant 1 before. I will not be back, and I am truly disappointed after a good initial visit.

Amazing experience here! Everyone in the office was friendly, had a great sense of humor, were super knowledgeable, and they made my appointment a breeze. Highly recommend Lockhart Matter Dermatology of McKinney. I don’t look forward to doctors appointments, but I’m already looking forward to coming back for my follow up appointment in a few weeks. 10/10!
