My 19 yo son has seen Dr Naylor. My son has suffered with excema almost since birth. It has really never been effectively controlled and we have tried every medication and recommended activity known to man to control. Dr Naylor has helped us work through multiple meds and we have been in for several follow ups. It has improved considerably and for the first time I feel we are going to be effectively controlled. Also he had developed some alopecia due to stress and there are treatments for that as well. Dr Naylor is great at also explaining reasoning behind using certain med. Do they tend to run a little behind..yes..but seems like it s because Dr Naylor is so thorough

My Confidentiality was not even taken care of.Also she lied to me that since I am on Accutane treatment and can't switch the doctor. I was so frustrated that eventually I decided not to continue with her.I am on a high risk medication and can't trust her.So please guys this place is hell. SAVE YOUR SKIN# Pathetic doctor ever.

Everyone in the office was very professional. When asked what something was it was explained very thoroughly.

I have had numerous moles removed by Dr Naylor. He just removed a mole that could possibly be cancerous, & it was pain free & he did a great job!

I had been treated for atopic dermatitis by two other dermatologists and suffered for over two years with the itching-scratching cycle, resulting in open sores from head to toe. Dr. Warthan cleared my issue in less than 3 months. She and her team are fantastic.

Where do I begin. Let’s start with her bedside manor. Wow, honestly I’m still in shock. This woman clearly has a problem with working class people. While being examined I mentioned my job to her and she immediately blames my job on my skin issues. She then goes on to discuss how people should get better jobs and more education and not be dependent on the system. I literally was flabbergasted and shocked when she said this and immediately knew that I couldn’t take any medical advice she gave me seriously. Honestly, I’m not sure if this is what she’s always like or if she was just having a bad day, but this lady scared me. I won’t even dignify her by calling her a doctor because I’ve had better experiences at my Veterinarian’s office. Please do whatever you can to stay away from this dermatologist. She’s not a good person and clearly doesn’t care about her patients. Beware!

My visits were with the PA which were fine. HOWEVER, their acctg practices are awful. They required full deductible prior to any treatment, even though I knew I had met some or all of my deductible. So of course 3 months later I still do NOT have my return $$$. They told me it could take up to 8 weeks. This is absolutely absurd. I would not recommend this practice just because of this.

Very good experience with PA. My wife has several skin-related issues and staff addressed each and every one with care and interest. Answered all questions and provided reasonable, caring responses with appropriate remedied. All staff members, including PA, were enthusiastic and positive. A great visit as a brand new client. Highly recommend this McKinney practice.
