Amazing experience

All the staff at the Heart Smart Group were very helpful. Through the years of seeing over 20 specialist, by far Dr Patel would be my #1 recommendation for diagnosis, bedside manner and helpfulness. Went beyond needed and was very personable! Will get all my recommendations in the future.

Dr. Marc Krock has been my families cardiologist for a few years now. Dr. Krock has always taken our calls and, responded to our needs urgently. Thank you Marc for all you have done.

I had what I thought was a small issue and made an appointment. Got in right away, quick appointment for a Heart Cath and next day had by-pass surgery to keep my wife from being a widow. Follow up was easy, concise and thorough. Happy to have Heart Smart Group on my team!

I would not recommend. Poor bedside manners, long, long office wait. disorganized staff, poor communication.

Dr. Krock saved my life at the ER. I was very fortunate to be in the right hands at that crucial time of life and death. He truly cares for his patients. If not for him I would not be here today. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with cardiac issues.

Dr. Krock saved my life! I’m so Thankful for his amazing talents and his ability to walk us through all the stages. From the initial ER visit, to keeping me alive during my Widow Make Heart Attack and stenting procedure, to all our fun follow up visits! He is an incredibly talented Cardiologist and human being. He has made this whole life changing experience comfortable and easy to understand. My family and I are so grateful for him, his staff and entire team! He has helped tremendously by listening to my health pains and concerns and referred me to another specialist (neurologist) who also is amazing and was able to uncover other medical issues I was unaware of, as I thought they were related to Heart symptoms. He has a special way of making you feel at ease by asking questions, some not so fun to ask, but necessary.. He is helping me want to continue to fight for my life and health everyday! I was diagnosed with AFIB and sent urgently to see DR Krock. He made Time to personally see me. His staff is completely awesome and the PA Carmel is knowledgeable and caring. I can’t enough good about this team.

Dr. Krock is difficult to evaluate. He's a great doctor, to be sure. But he's like many specialists: he knows you better than you know yourself. Or so he thinks. I have been going to him for about a year and a half so he has to be doing something right. And as I said, he's a good doctor and knows his stuff. One thing I especially like about his office is his staff. They are perhaps the best doctor's office staff I've ever come across. They know you when you walk in the door or call, they help any way they can. Makes it worthwhile to put up with Dr. Krock's only real shortfall - bedside manner. But, again, he's a good cardiologist and I'm the second generation to see him.

I had been seeing Dr. Crystal Bujold as a referral from my primary care physician. she is a pleasant person, but is totally remiss in patient follow up, care and management.I recently dropped her as my cardiologist as a result of what can only term as terrible care. In my lifetime, this is only the second time that I made an effort to give a Doctor such a poor rating. I absolutely advise you to stay away from this women...her mind is elsewhere.
